Payment Policy

Wave Technology are happy to accept payments through Paypal or Google Checkout. You may also pay with a credit card through PayPal without creating a PayPal account.

Shipping Policy

Currently shipping to the UK mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands) is free on all orders over £150 and a flat rate of £5.95 for all orders where the value of the goods is less than £150. Shipping rates to other destinations is calculated based on the destination and the amount of the purchase (discounted where the purchase is greater than £150).

If you wish to know the cost of shipping at any time add the items you require to the shopping basket and use the Estimate Shipping costs function in the bottom part of the screen". Enter your country and state/province information and hit "update", youyr shipping costs will be displayed.

Wave Technology currently only ships to the following countries: United Kingdom,Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Norway, Portugal, Spain, & Switzerland

We ship stock items next working day on a best endeavors basis. At Wave Technology we aim to ship your goods as soon as is possible. Certain items such as Marine PC's are built to order and as such are subject to longer lead times. Where items are typically subject to longer lead times this is identified in the product listing.

Should you order items that are not currently in stock we will let you know by email and inform you when the items will become available for dispatch.

Should you order a mix of items that are in stock and not in stock under most circumstances we will hold the order and ship as one consignment.

Returns Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order, Wave Tecnology are happy to refund if the item is returned unused and in brand new condition within 10 days of receipt. Prior to returning any item you must first contact us by email requesting a return authorisation number.  Return shipments not having prior approval will not be accepted.

Any shipment returned for refund must be returned via traceable means, within 10 days from the receipt of shipment. Return authorization number must be clearly marked in large letters on the outside of the package.

Once your authorized return has been received, Wave Technology will issue a refund or credit within 7-14 days. If item was paid for through Pay Pal or Google Checkouy, you will be refunded through Pay Pal or Google Checkout. Shipping and handling charges are not subject to refund.
